Virtual Tour!  According to The National Association of Realtors®, over 78% of buyers now begin their home search online!  Most buyers won’t even look at properties that don’t have a virtual tour and/or additional photos.  Buyers want to see your home before they visit! And, they want to see more than just the front of your home!  We enhance your property for buyers to see by providing a Professional Virtual Tour of your home, inside and out!  Some companies charge as much as $100 to $250 for a virtual tour.  And some don’t provide one at all!  Our virtual tour is included in our $599 listing package!

Supra Lock Box!  MLSNI Supra lock boxes are the safest way to go, because they are monitored through the MLSNI, they know which agent has entered your home and when. It is essential to make your home easily accessible to agents wishing to show your home to their clients. The security of you and your home is very important to us so rest assured when any agent requests a showing of your home we will get the agents name, number, office they are from and the agents Realtor® identification number before we authorize access to your home.

REMEMBER: You retain the right to sell FSBO. If you find the buyer and the buyer is not working with a real estate agent, you don't pay the Buyer's Broker fee of 2.5%!  We will only charge you our $599 flat fee!

Our Listing Contract! Our contract says you can cancel at any time during the listing if you give us 5 days notice. We do not need a reason and there is never a cancellation fee!  The listing contract is for 1 year but since you can give us notice you are canceling at ANY TIME during the listing period, it’s like having a 5-Day listing!
